Fees
.Fees are payable in full when you enrol.
·Refunds(退款) will be paid in fUll when a class is closed according to the College's decision,or if you cancel your enrolment at least two weeks before the course starts. If you decide to cancel less than two weeks before the course starts you will receive a 50% refund. Unfortunately we cannot offer a refund if a course has already started.

Eleanor Roosevelt was born in New York City on October 11 ,1884. When her mother died in 1892,the child went to live with Grandmother Hall;her father died only two years later. New York State has passed America's first state law banning drivers talking on cell phones. The ban will begin on November 1 ,although drivers caught using cell phones will only be given warnings in the first month.
