Many people are interested in UFOs and there are a lot of reports about them. One report of UFOs came from a British plane on its way from New York to London in 1954.The British plane was flying over an island at 19,000 feet when the captain(機長) noticed that something was on their left and a little lower(更低) than their plane. It was about five miles away.
“It was not one object but several ones.” the captain said, “We saw one large and six smaller objects. Every day in China, about 200 million children go to school. Many of them take school buses.
Last year, a serious school bus accident happened in China, when a nine-seat minibus crashed. There were 62 children inside , and 21 of them died. To stop such accidents, the Center Government decided to strengthen（加強）the rules for school buses.

In 1826, a Frenchman named Niepce needed pictures for his business. But he was not a good artist. So he invented a very simple camera. He put it in a window of his house and took a picture of his garden. That was the first photo.

China's long-awaited rules on school bus safety finally came into force on Tuesday, including a list of ways aimed at reducing the risk of accident.
Among the biggest changes is that buses carrying students will be given priority(優先權) in traffic, while companies and drivers will need licenses to offer school transport services.
Officials have spent more than four months making the rules, during which time the country has been shocked by several big crashes because of overcrowded school buses.

Rules and funding
In the new rules, a school bus is considered as a vehicle with more than seven seats that is transporting children receiving the State's nine-year compulsory education (ages 6 to 15) to or from school. School buses must also operate in routes marked in the map by governments to ensure safety.
Punishment
