Without question, the most stressful years for parents are when their children are between 13 and 20. With young children, control seems to be quite easy. If a child doesn’t do what he is told to do, he is just made to do it. If a child is leaving the house and doesn’t listen when the parent calls him back, the parent simply goes after the child picks him up and brings him back. But as the child grows older and bigger, parents can’t do that any more. They can’t just pick the child up and bring him back. Breaking Bad Eating -Habits
Have you heard the expression "You are what you eat"? Well, do you like who you are’’
If not, break some bad eating habits and feel better about yourself.
