     Everybody talks about the weather, but nobody does anything about it. It is true. People usually

　　I always thought that a man who was wise (睿智的) and good would become rich, but this year I have learned that this is not always true. I learned this from my teacher.     Ever thought of moving to a new country? How about starting a new country? Patri Friedman is
planning to do just that. He left Google years ago to set up the Seasteading Institute. And his dream is
to build seasteads-----floating micro-nations in the middle of the ocean.
