My mother
My mother is a kind and gentle woman. She takes good care of her children and keeps them all at school. I have one brother and two sisters. So she gets four children in all. She gives us every comfort. We all love her and she loves us, too.
My mother has too much to do every day. She has to get up early in the morning and prepare breakfast for us. As our family is not rich, she has always to do very much work. She sleeps very late in the evening. She works hard without complaining.
She is very thrifty. She save every cent that she can and keeps everything in order. As she works hard for many years, her face is wrinkled, her hair becomes silver white, but she works as hard as ever.
She often says, work while you work, play while you play. What piece of good advice this is! I must keep it in my mind.
